Promise made, promise kept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damn. There goes my political career&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was conditionally pleased with the rifle given the circumstances. What went wrong? Unfortunately, the extractor failed and my attention wandered to this issue. This distraction along with a heat index exceeding 105 took a toll, as did very low blood glucose (&lt;65) and partial dehydration. Am I happy with my performance? Absolutely NOT. Is it acceptable given these circumstances&#8211;probably so, though marginally at best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I fired several different types of ammo to see if I could determine which the rifle preferred: Federal, Aguila, Remington, Winchester. Honestly, I was so concerned with the extractor hassle that this trip was wasted in this regard. Imagine me&#8211;patient as I am&#8211;having to open the bolt, drop the magazine, run a rod down the barrel to &#8220;extract&#8221; the brass, replace the magazine, chamber a round, sight, shoot, then repeat the above&#8230; fun times for all?
